This project was a complete renovation of the oldest building on Hopkinsville Community College’s main campus, the historic Academic Building. ClotfelterSamokar has designed updated office spaces, modern classrooms, specialized laboratories, and a redesigned bookstore. The scope also includes asbestos abatement, replacement of outdated utilities, asset preservation, installation of new energy-efficient windows, enhanced soundproofing, and additional infrastructure and interior improvements.
