Since 1953, Clotfelter-Samokar has had the opportunity to leave our mark on thousands of designs. In fact, our firm has revolutionized the way facilities are designed from the inside out. We pioneered the first geothermal school in the state of Kentucky, reinvented elementary school design with our education-friendly "pod concept", and were the first firm to use the Contractor/Supplier Bid Method, saving districts millions of tax dollars.

Clotfelter-Samokar also offers both in-house Engineering, Interior Design and Landscape Architecture services. Our Engineering Department provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, specializing in geothermal HVAC systems. Our Certified Interior Designers focus on creating a space that is inviting and stimulating to the end users.
